Baruch has more than seven years experience in Java (developing, mentoring, consulting and training), the last four of which were with AlphaCSP. He has worked with some major AlphaCSP clients in various development and consulting positions, developing and delivering most of the AlphaCSP courses.

Ori Dar is a Java Architect and Consultant at AlphaCSP. Ori has more than eight years experience in Java as a Developer, Team Leader, and Consultant. Ori joined AlphaCSP in 2007, and has since been working with some of AlphaCSP's clients in various development and consulting positions. Prior to joining AlphaCSP, Ori held a few technical lead positions in the Israeli high-tech industry.

Ophir Radnitz is a Java Technology Consultant at AlphaCSP. He has been working with Java technologies for over six years and as an AlphaCSP consultant for the last two years . During this time, he has been exposed to a wide array of projects with very diverse sets of requirements and constraints. These projects vary from large scale deployments to start-up application tools and techniques. He specializes in domain modeling and design from the entity level to process definition and business rule execution.
